When Witney first met Lucky igatya lomfana, she was at the school atlheths events and everything  went well. Witney was in grade 7 and Lucky was in grade 10 but witney thought he was in grade 9,  Witney had a friend called Lindiwe she had a sister named Zola and she was in the same class as  Lucky and they were friends.  

Witney school had an athlete's event so their ground was dirty with one grass and the polls were broken. The school decided to go to Thembalethu High at Lucks school, when they arrived there at their first break and Lucky told her that he wants to meet her behind the tennis court. When they met they went to the old storage room, that room was used to put old sports materials. Witney asked him where did he get the key and he told her that he got the key number from Old Goofy the old soccer coach. 

Lucky and Witney went inside the room and started to have a chat about school and they started to touch each other and Witney was feeling butterflies in her stomach, she was speechless, she was on another level and they started kissing that moment was amazing, suddenly they had footsteps and the door opened it was Mrs. Phillay and she was angry, she took her home shouting at her about how dangerous boys are.   

Witney never told her mother what had happened at the event and went straight to her room thinking about Lucky, and everything was fine until she received a phone call from Mrs. Phillay telling her about what Witney had done at the school event. After the call, she called her mother. Her father, who was very ill, told her when she entered the living room that she was just a spoiled child.
