On 25th October 2024, Tshiamiso Astronauts had the pleasure of hosting our Spelling Bee Competition at Chief Bambatha Primary School. This exciting day brought together 40 bright learners from Grades 4 to 7 for an engaging competition aimed at promoting literacy, confidence, and the joy of learning. Joined by teachers, adjudicators, and our valued partners from the Department of Sports and Recreation, Bacha ba Dichaba, and Evaton Mall, the event truly showcased the power of community in shaping the future of education.
The Spelling Bee featured three challenging rounds—Writing, and Oral Spelling —designed to test each learner’s language skills and boost their confidence. Our participants amazed us with their skills, enthusiasm, and perseverance.
A special congratulations to our winners:
🏅 Sekhoto Kwanele (Grade 4)
🏅 Bokamoso Precious Radebe (Grade 5)
